I am a third-year psychotherapy student based in Aotearoa New Zealand. My clinical experience so far has been largely with people navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, and the criminal justice system, as well as the everyday struggles of relationships, shame, and trying to make sense of life. I work in a relational way, which means I see therapy as something we do together – a collaborative process rather than me sitting back and analysing you from a distance.

I try to offer a space that feels steady, honest, and down-to-earth. Sometimes my small dog, Wicket, is in the room with us; he usually curls up and sleeps on the floor while we talk, which can add a bit of warmth and softness to the space. My hope is that you feel welcome to bring your full self into the room – including the parts you’re not sure about yet – and that, over time, our work together becomes a place where things start to feel a little more understandable and a little less heavy to carry on your own.
